On February 24, 2026, Palvella Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive topline results from the Company’s Phase 3 SELVA study of QTORIN™ 3.9% rapamycin anhydrous gel for the treatment of microcystic lymphatic malformations. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
