On February 25, 2026, QNB Corp. and The Victory Bancorp, Inc. jointly announced that they have received all required regulatory approvals to complete their previously announced merger transaction. The transaction, initially announced on September 23, 2025, is expected to close during the second quarter, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
