On February 25, 2026, DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025 and 2026 guidance. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
