Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 26, 2026, Popular, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2026.
