On ~~August~~June 1523, ~~2024~~2026, the Board of Trustees approved ~~the~~a ~~removal~~change ofto the Fund’s ~~non-fundamental~~80% investment ~~guideline~~policy. ~~for~~Effective August 28, 2026, the Fund toinvests, ~~invest~~under normal circumstances, at least 2580% of ~~the~~its ~~Fund’s~~net ~~total~~ assets in(plus ~~corporate debt obligations and other corporate income-producing securities and approved~~ the ~~addition~~amount of aany ~~non-fundamental~~borrowings ~~investment guideline~~ for ~~the~~ ~~Fund~~investment topurposes) ~~invest~~in atcorporate ~~least~~debt ~~50%~~obligations of ~~the~~varying ~~Fund’s~~maturities ~~total~~and/or ~~assets~~income-producing ininvestments, ~~corporate~~which ~~debt~~may ~~obligations~~include ~~and~~those ~~other~~of non-corporate ~~securities, effective September 20, 2024~~issuers.
