- [F1]On May 9, 2002, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Hecla Mining Company granted stock options under the 1995 Stock Incentive Plan to the executives of the company. In addition to the regular grant, the executives were to be awarded additional stock options, to be effective if the common stock price reached certain designated levels. On August 19, 2003 the common stock reached that level and the executives were awarded additional stock options.
