By virtue of the foregoing and the transaction discussed under Note 4, as of September 22, 2003, Mr. Tunmire was the direct beneficial owner of 50, 719 shares of Common Stock and the indirect beneficial owner of 512, 169 shares of Common Stock as a limited partner of the Partnership.
