Burns Philp is an indirect beneficial owner of the shares, and BP Microbiology is the successor in interest to the shares of Burns Philp Technology (UK) Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Burns Philp, which has been liquidated since the acquistion of the shares.
