- [F2]The shares are directly owned by BP Microbiology, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of BP Investments, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Burns, Philp & Company Limited ("Burns Philp"). Burns Philp is an indirect beneficial owner of the shares, and BP Microbiology is the successor in interest to the shares of Burns Philp Technology (UK) Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Burns Philp, which has been liquidated since the acquistion of the shares. The disclosure of this transaction is not an admission that it is a reportable transaction for the purposes of Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
