- [F1]Effective as of October 7, 2004, Mr. James J. Maguire, Jr. ceased to serve as co-trustee of certain trusts for his siblings Susan McKeon and Frances Glomb. Under Rule 16a-8(b)(2), he was deemed to have, while he was a co-trustee, a pecuniary interest in the shares held by these trusts. As a result of his ceasing to serve as co-trustee the pecuniary interest in such shares is no longer deemed to be attributable to him.
