The conditions are based on the amount of quarterly distributions by the Issuer with respect to its common and subordinated units. The subordinated units have no expiration date.
- [F2]This amendment is being filed to correct the number of Subordinated Units acquired as originally reported in Section 5 of Table II of the Form 4 filing dated July 24, 2006 (the "Original Filing"). The Original Filing reported (in Section 5 of Table II) that 840,078 Subordinated Units had been acquired, which was an error (the actual number of Subordinated Units acquired was 840,678).
