In addition, on December 14, 2006, a trust for the Reporting Person's minor daughter Lily Lipton unilaterally, permanently, irrevocably and completely abandoned 13,333 shares of Odimo Incorporated common stock that are beneficially owned by the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person received no consideration of any kind whatsoever in exchange for the abandonment of the shares.
