( a Quebec company) is deemed to beneficially own the shares of the Class A Common Stock deemed to be beneficially owned by Telesystem Ltd. As the controlling shareholder of Telesystem Investments Inc., Telemex Inc. (a Quebec company) is deemed to beneficially own the shares of the Class A Common Stock deemed to be beneficially owned by Telesystem Investments Inc.

As the controlling shareholder of Telesystem Ltd., Telesystem Investments Inc. (a Quebec company) is deemed to beneficially own the shares of Class A Common Stock deemed to be beneficially owned by Telesystem Ltd. As the controlling shareholder of Telesystem Investments Inc., Telemex Inc. (a Quebec company) is deemed to beneficially own the shares of Class A Common Stock deemed to be beneficially owned by Telesystem Investments Inc.
