The option was originally granted on 05/02/2001 at a price of $11.39 per share. The first amendment adjusted the price to $11.47 per share and erroneously adjusted the grant date for such option to 04/30/2001. The second amendment corrects this clerical error by adjusting the grant date to the original grant date of 05/02/2001.
