- [F1]Pursuant to our 2007 Equity Award Plan, our Board of Directors, at the recommendation of our Compensation Committee, approved the grant of $15,000 of our common stock based on the closing price of our common stock on the day following our Annual Stockholder Meeting on May 31, 2007, to each of our non-employee directors. 631 of these shares will vest on each of June 1, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. This annual grant replaces our prior practice of granting 5,000 options to each non-employee director on the day following our Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
