[F1]On October 13, 1997, an incentive stock option to purchase 50,000 shares of common stock was granted to Reporting Person at an exercise price of $15.1250 per share. The incentive stock option was subsequently split into an incentive stock option to purchase 28,271 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $15.1250 per share and a non-qualified stock option to purchase 21,729 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $15.1250 per share. Both the incentive stock options and the non-qualified stock options vests over a 5-year period in equal monthly installments. Both the incentive stock options and the non-qualified stock options are fully vested and expire on October 13, 2007.
