The reporting person gifted the Shares to the "Sheffler Family Trust UAD 5/14/07 David R. Sheffler & Tina E. Sheffler TTEES" on or about July 26, 2007. Therefore, the reporting person's ownership of the Shares should have been reported as "Indirect (I)" on Form 4 filings made with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on August 14, 2007 and September 7, 2007. The reporting person subsequently reported the gift of the Shares on a Form 4 filed with the SEC on October 3, 2007.
