- [F1]On March 27, 2009, Noble Corporation, a Swiss company, became the successor of Noble Corporation, a Cayman Islands company, pursuant to transactions by which each holder of an ordinary share of Noble Cayman outstanding prior to the transactions received one share of Noble Switzerland. The transactions had the effect of changing the place of incorporation of the parent of the Noble group of companies from the Cayman Islands to Switzerland but did not alter the proportionate interests of the security holders.
