- [F1]On May 4, 2009 and June 30, 2009, the Reporting Person exercised options to purchase 2,820,313 and 820,313 shares of common stock, respectively, by way of a cashless exercise, pursuant to which he received an aggregate of 2,184,376 shares of common stock, as previously reported by him on Forms 4 filed on May 7, 2009 and July 6, 2009, respectively. On December 31, 2009, the Reporting Person rescinded the foregoing exercises, pursuant to which all of such options were reinstated and all 2,184,376 shares of common stock were returned to the Issuer.
