Dr. Wilson is the trustee for her children with respect to 44,700 shares in the form of CDIs. 400,000 shares in the form of CDIs are held by a superannuation fund of which Dr. Wilson is a director and a potential beneficiary. Dr. Wilson disclaims beneficial ownership in all such shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
