This report is being filed to report the reporting person's acquisition of beneficial ownership of a 0.34% membership interest in the Company and Westech Investment Advisors, Inc.'s ("Westech") acquisition of beneficial ownership of a 0.34% membership interest in the Company. The reporting person is a 50% shareholder, officer and director of Westech.
- [F2]As a result of the reporting person's membership interest in the Company, the reporting person may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of 340 of the reported securities. As a result of Westech's membership interest in the Company and the reporting person's relationship to Westech, the reporting person may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of the remaining 340 of the reported securities. Except to the extent of his pecuniary interest in Westech and the Company, the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act").
