Equity III is the general partner of Lincolnshire Equity Partners III, L.P., which is the general partner of Lincolnshire Equity Fund III, L.P., which is the sole member of Trailer Investments, LLC ("Trailer"), which directly owned the warrant and shares disclosed above.
