("Products"), Enterprise GP, LLC, Enterprise ETE LLC, EGPH and EPE Holdings, LLC (the "MLP Merger Agreement").
- [F2]Enterprise Products Holdings LLC (formerly named EPE Holdings, LLC) was the general partner of EGPH and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dan Duncan LLC ("Duncan LLC"). The Estate of Dan L. Duncan owns beneficial interest of all the member interests in Duncan LLC.
- [F3]Disposed of in exchange for the Merger Consideration (as defined in the MLP Merger Agreement).
