- [F1]On February 11, 2011, National Property Investors III, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the "Partnership"), merged with AIMCO NPI III Merger Sub LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIMCO Properties, L.P. ("AIMCO Properties"). In the merger, all previously outstanding limited partnership units of the Partnership were canceled, and AIMCO Properties became the sole limited partner of the surviving entity. A wholly owned subsidiary of Apartment Investment and Management Company ("AIMCO") is the general partner of AIMCO Properties, and another wholly owned subsidiary of AIMCO is a limited partner in AIMCO Properties with an approximately 92% interest.
