The Reporting Person is a Trustee and the beneficiary of the Jason Plotke Trust. The Reporting Person may be deemed to be the indirect beneficial owner of such shares under Rule 15-a-1(a)(2) promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act").
