On 4/5/2011, the Reporting person was awarded performance shares under the 2011 Incentive Plan subject to both the meeting of certain performance goals and continued employment. The compensation committee determined on February 8, 2012 that the performance goals had been met. The number of shares reported on a Form 4A filed on 4/9/2012 reported the award as 1,564 shares; however, it has been determined that a clerical error was made on that Form 4A. The number of shares should have been reported as 2,073 and the balance shares held above has been adjusted by 509 shares to correct that error. Those shares vesting entirely upon continued employment until 4/5/2014.
