Footnote 1 is hereby corrected as follows: In February 2013, the reporting person was granted a performance share award, with the amount of shares to be determined based on the satisfaction of certain performance criteria. On February 18, 2014, the Compensation Committee awarded 6,375 shares to the reporting person based on its evaluation of the achievement of the performance criteria. These shares vested 33% on February 18, 2014 with the balance vesting in two installments: 33% on February 18, 2015 and 34% on February 18, 2016.
