As corrected by this amended Form 4, the reporting person acquired 808 shares under the Employee Stock Purchase Plan on November 17, 2014. Also on November 17, 2014, upon the exercise of a fully vested restricted stock grant made under the Issuer's Equity Incentive Plan, the reporting person purchased 139 shares at a purchase price of $3.09 which was 85% of the closing price of the Issuer's common stock as reported by the Nasdaq Stock Market on such date. There is no change to the number of shares held by reporting person as a result of this correction.
