On July 8, 2019 (the "Vesting Date"), the compensation committee of the Company's board of directors determined that the awards were achieved at 50% of target, resulting in 3,625 shares of common stock being earned by the reporting person. Under the terms of the award, delivery of the earned shares of common stock will be deferred until one year following the Vesting Date.
