Mr. Khan is an employee of Stone Point Capital LLC ("Stone Point") and the shares were reissued to Stone Point on May 20, 2020, at Mr. Khan's direction. In the future, all compensation Mr. Khan is entitled to receive under the Policy will be paid to Stone Point pursuant to fund governing documents, and Mr. Khan disclaims beneficial ownership of all of such shares.
