As a result of this administrative error, the number of RSUs granted to the reporting person following the corrected transaction reflects an increase of 24 RSUs reported as acquired and amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction. No other changes have been made to the original Form 4. The number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person as reported in the Form 4 filed June 18, 2020 also did not reflect the 24 RSUs.
