- [F1]Shares that, at the effective time of the merger contemplated by the agreement and plan of merger, dated as of December 20, 2020, by and among Mirasol Parent, LLC, which was renamed RealPage Holdings, LLC, Mirasol Merger Sub, Inc. and RealPage, Inc., were converted into the right to receive $88.75 in cash. A portion of the shares held by Seren Capital II, Ltd. were, immediately prior to the closing of the merger, contributed to the parent company of RealPage, Inc. in exchange for equity interests of such parent company, and such shares were subsequently cancelled.
