(GBCI) acquired Altabancorp (ALTA) in a merger transaction (the "Merger") which became effective on October 1, 2021. At the effective time of the Merger, each share of ALTA common stock (par value $0.01 per share) converted to the right to receive 0.7971 of a share of GBCI common stock (and cash for any fractional shares). On September 30, 2021, the closing price for GBCI common stock was $55.35.
