- [F2]Resolute Forest Products Inc. (the "Company") previously awarded the reporting person restricted stock units, each an "RSU". Each RSU represents the right to receive the economic equivalent of one share of Company common stock in cash upon settlement. In general, the RSUs vest and settle in cash in four equal annual installments beginning on December 1 following the grant date (subject to earlier settlement in certain circumstances). The reporting person settled 2,741 RSUs, which vested on December 1, 2021 for cash.
