- [F1]Represents an equal number of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). Each RSU represents the right to receive a share of the Issuer's Class A common stock on the date it vests, subject to continued service of the reporting person through the applicable vesting date. One fifth of the RSUs will vest on February 3, 2023 and one twentieth of the RSUs will vest on a quarterly basis thereafter on each Quarterly Vesting Date beginning on May 15, 2023.
