Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, Vectrus, Inc. (which subsequently changed its name to V2X, Inc.) acquired Vertex (the "Merger") and Vertex stock options held by the reporting person were replaced by these RSUs. The Merger closed on July 5, 2022.
