- [F2]On August 16, 2023, due to an error by the Reporting Person's broker, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 mistakenly reporting the exercise of 10,000 shares of common stock and the sale of such shares; however, the 10,000 shares sold were acquired by the Reporting Person upon the vesting of a restricted stock unit, and not the exercise of a stock option. The grant of the restricted stock unit has previously been reported on Table I when granted and so no reporting for the vesting of restricted stock unit is appropriate. This amendment is being filed to reflect solely the sale of the 10,000 shares.
