ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS

Effective June 1, 2007, Warren Rothouse resigned from the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Rockelle Corporation (the “Company”). To the knowledge of the Board and executive officers of the Company, Mr. Rothouse did not resign because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
