On September 9, 2014, Mr. Paul Kuoch submitted to the Company a resignation letter pursuant to which he resigned from his position as Director. His Excellency Mr. Kuoch did not resign as the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies), or practices; rather, His Excellency Mr. Kuoch resigned to concentrate on other business interests.
