On ~~August~~ 18December 31, 2016, ~~our~~we ~~Board~~entered into two Membership Interests Partnership Purchase Interest Agreements (the “Agreements”) with Northeast Data Destruction and Recycling, LLC., a New York Limited Liability Company (“Northeast”) and the owners of ~~Directors~~100% of the membership interests of Northeast, Mark Wachtel and Charles Teelon (the “~~Board~~Sellers”), ~~accepted~~each of whom sold their respective 50% membership interests of Northeast to us, whereby we acquired 100% interests in Northeast. Pursuant to the terms ~~resignation~~of the Agreements, in exchange for 100% of ~~Louis~~the ~~Paveglio~~outstanding aspartnership ~~our~~interests ~~Chief~~in ~~Financial~~Northeast, ~~Officer~~we agreed to pay the Sellers $100,000 in cash and ~~appointed~~1,425,000 ~~Dali~~shares ~~Kranzthor~~of asour restricted common stock. Charles Teelon is our ~~Chief~~Chairman ~~Financial~~of ~~Officer~~the ~~effective~~Board ~~August~~and ~~18,~~our ~~2016~~purchase of his 50% membership interest in Northeast is a related party transaction. ~~Louis~~We ~~Paveglio~~have ~~remains~~agreed asto ~~our~~employ ~~Chief~~Mark ~~Executive~~Wachtel as the manager ~~Officer/Director~~of Northeast for a two-year period.

~~Dali Kranzthor,~~Headquartered ~~age 37, is a Certified Public Accountant~~ in ~~the State of Florida (CPA)~~Kingston, aNew ~~Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with over 10 years of public accounting experience~~York, ~~servicing~~Northeast ~~both~~is ~~public~~in ~~and private companies. Before his appointment as our Chief Financial Officer, Dali Kranzthor was~~ the ~~director~~business of ~~audit~~document and ~~assurance~~hard ~~and~~drive ~~valuation services at lS and Company~~destruction, a boutique accounting firm in St. Petersburg, FL serving several large private companies. Prior to working at lS and company, he was interim CFO of a telecommunications company in Miami, FL and founded a PCAOB registered accounting Firm in Tampa, FL and also worked as a manager at a regional accounting firm located in Tampa and headquartered in New York. Dali Kranzthor has extensive experience with audit, review, compilations and business advisory services, including years of experience as an outsourced chief financial officer. His industry experience includes waste management, construction, retail and wholesale, automobile dealerships, manufacturing, professional services, software development, governmental and nonone-~~for~~time ~~profits.~~or ~~Dali~~periodic ~~Kranzthor graduated with a~~shredding ~~Bachelor~~ of ~~Science~~documents ~~Degree~~on inor ~~Accounting~~off-site ~~from~~for ~~Florida~~businesses ~~State~~and ~~University.~~personal clients
