Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 28, 2019, Wes Ditmer resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Nexeon Medsystems Inc (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Ditmer’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
