Item 5.07

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On March 19, 2019, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Parkview Capital Credit, Inc. (the “Company”) nominated for re-election Bert Beal as a Class One director of the Company to serve a three-year term expiring at the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. On April 30, 2019, the Company received unanimous consent from its stockholders of record as of March 20, 2019, to elect Mr. Beal as a Class One director of the Company to serve a three-year term expiring at the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders.

On April 30, 2019, the Company filed a definitive information statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Regulation 14C of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Mr. Beal’s term of office commenced on May 21, 2019.
