- [F1]On November 26, 2021, Astra Space Inc (Astra) announced the redemption of all of its outstanding redeemable public warrants and 5,333,333 private placement warrants. Pendrell Corporation (PCO), through X-icity Holdings Corporation ("X-icity) was the holder of all 5,333,333 private placement warrants. X-icity originally acquired the private placement warrants for $1.50 per warrant or an aggregate purchase price of $8,000,000. The acquisition of warrants was part of the original offering described in Holicity's final Prospectus dated August 4, 2020 and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (File No. 333-239926) on August 6, 2020. X-icity received 1,365,532 Class A common shares in Astra as a result of the redemption of the private placement warrants.
