On January 13, 2022, the reporting person forfeited 100,000 Class B Ordinary Shares to be cancelled for no consideration so that the remaining outstanding Class B Ordinary Shares represent 20% of the total outstanding ordinary shares of the issuer following the underwriters' partial exercise the over-allotment option.
