On July 6, 2022, Triterras, Inc. (the “Company” or “Triterras”) issued a press release publishing a Letter to Shareholders from the Company’s Chairman and CEO, Srinivas Koneru. A copy of this press release is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
