Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

July 14, 2022, LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated the employment of Robert Bellaflores, its Chief Financial Officer. The Company has initiated a search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer. Until a replacement is appointed, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Sam Tawfik, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer.
