Other Events.

On July 15, 2022, Hudson Capital USA Inc. (“Hudson Capital”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wave Sync Corp. (the “Company”), received a certified copy of the Certificate of Amendment of the Certificate of Incorporation of Hudson Capital from State of New York with regards to Hudson Capital’s name change from “Hudson Capital USA Inc.” to “NY Swap Holding Ltd.”
