The Company has experienced an unforeseen and undue delay in the preparation of its audited financial statements. Consequently, the Company’s recently-filed Form 10-K is unaudited, incomplete and should not be relied upon as accurate, timely or fit for any purpose. The Company will therefore be amending its recently-filed Form 10-K as soon as practicable and invites any inquiries to be directed to Company management.
