Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 18, 2023, Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
