(“KYN”) and Kayne ~~Anderson~~ Anderson NextGen Energy & Infrastructure, Inc. (~~the~~ “~~Company~~KMF”) ~~amended~~have ~~the~~entered ~~Second~~into ~~Amended~~a ~~and~~definitive ~~Restated~~agreement ~~Bylaws~~to ofcombine the ~~Company~~two funds (the “Merger”).
