Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of Horizon ("Hymas"), sold or otherwise transferred Shares (or rights to acquire Shares) to certain of their securityholders and affiliates thereof . The acquired Shares reported herein were purchased directly from Hymas in the restructuring.
